Paper Plane Cocktail
A simple bourbon cocktail that will become a fast favorite.

Equipment
- cocktail shaker
- coupe glass
Ingredients
- ice, enough to fill a shaker
- 0.75 oz. bourbon (I use Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea)
- 0.75 oz. Aperol
- 0.75 oz. Amaro (I use Meletti)
- 0.75 oz. lemon juice
Instructions
- Put a coupe glass in the freezer for five minutes.
- Fill the shaker with ice and add all four ingredients, shake for at least 30 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe glass, garnish with a slice of bell pepper, and enjoy!
